Sr Role - Capital Markets Front Office Offshoring

Position: Senior Role in Capital Markets Front Office Offshoring

Role:

- Strategic Level position for the Global Capital Markets (Equity/ Fixed Income) front office functions offshored to India

- Manage the team which works on the migrated work

- Complete understanding of the work being migrated and providing guidance to the team

- Regular interaction with global stakeholders

- Motivating and developing teams

- Work closely with technology, operations and front office

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA (reputed institutes)

- 14-20 yrs of experience in Investment banking/ Equities/ Fixed Income on the front end at any of the Investment Banks/ Banks

- Strong Planning, Organisational and Team Management Skills

- Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to provide thought leadership on domain knowledge in Equities/ Capital Markets
