Sr Role - Banking Operations Management (12-18 yrs)
Position: Senior Position in Banking Operations Management
Role:
- Work as the process owner and ensure end-to-end management of the banking process
- Ensure Process service Delivery and ensure accomplishment of agreed to targets
- Initiate and Lead Change Management Initiatives
- Team Management (100+ member team)
- Operational Risk Management
- Assist with recruitment and training of team
Requirements:
- 12+ yrs of experience in Banking/ Investment Banking Operations
- Knowledge of Banking and Investment Banking products and processes
- Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of SWIFT Messaging and processing
- Comfortable in dealing with multiple stakeholders
