Job Profile - Sr. Research Analyst/Research Analyst/Associate for Institutional Equities business group

Education - CA OR CFA (USA) OR MBA (Finance)

Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Equity Research/Credit Research for the following sectors

- Capital Goods/Power (Lead Analyst)

- Auto & Auto Ancillaries (Lead Analyst)

- Metals (Lead Analyst)

- Mid-cap company research (Lead Analyst)

- Banking & NBFC research (Associate)

Job Description:

- Independent in-depth industry/company research, developing understanding of the dynamics of the sectors, financial modeling and valuation of stocks

- Detailed coverage of all the stocks which are part of important benchmarks, with detailed financial modeling and frequent interactions with the concerned company managements, regulators and other stakeholders

- Analyzing and recommend sector over/underweight in light of the impending triggers and also recommend the stocks within those sectors

- Maintaining a model portfolio for the sectors under coverage and maintaining continuous performance rating on the stocks under coverage

- Understanding various triggers for the sectors/ stocks under coverage

- Timely communication of investment ideas to institutional clients

- Excellent communication skills required
