Marketing Analytics within the firm is responsible for undertaking functional projects in competitive intelligence, market opportunity assessments and forecasting for Europe and US based clients  Professional Requirement:  - Sound understanding of any 2-3 indications atleast.  - In depth knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Biopharmaceutical industry, products, companies and technology involved  - Providing insights for key pharmaceutical companies through disease and conference analytics support, managing multiple projects / clients, driving “excellence in execution”  - Excellent skill set to research from public domain and analyze disjoint pieces of information to generate meaningful analysis and insights for clients  - Day to day job involves providing insights to pharmaceutical company on their competitor products based on the recent publications and news articles; market entry strategies; product, market and company intelligence  - Sr. Analysts in the short term (within 6 months) are expected to be able to get on calls along with Project Managers to handle communication with client  - Sr. Analysts in the mid-term (6 – 12 months) are expected to be able to lead projects independently with/without the support of Analysts and Trainee Analysts (depending on the size of the project)  - Creative in communicating with powerpoint slides to clients (ability to keep things simple yet effectively communicate the core message)  - High accuracy in data research to use the correct information is critical to the role.  Soft Skills:  - Fluency in English – excellent English language comprehension & superior written composition skills  - Ability to communicate effectively and to have a persuasive and credible presentation style  - Job might require meeting clients at an onsite location and hence confident body language and “presentability” is important  - Confident in dealing with clients but has an open mind to understand clients’ viewpoint and incorporate feedback.  Experience: 2-4 yrs.  Qualification: B.Pharma or any related domain from Tier 1 institutes only.
