Sr Research Analyst - Business Research (only people with 30 days or less notice period)  Candidate profile:  - Commerce Graduate/MBA (Marketing/Strategy/Finance) with 2-4 years of experience in Business Research  - Basic understanding of financial concepts and statements  - Proficient in MS-Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word  - Impeccable verbal and written communication skills  - Must be a generalist, should be willing to work across various areas of research, mostly secondary, with elements of primary as and when required  - Should be able to work in a team environment or take individual ownership when required  - Highly self motivated and ambitious  Responsibilities  - Develop research protocols, analytical frameworks and crack tough business problems across verticals  - Organize, analyze, synthesize and summarize information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks  - Would require extensive knowledge of major proprietary databases  - Direct interaction with the client  - Be able to leave lead relatively simpler projects or modules of larger projects under the guidance of a Manager and manage workflow therein  - Coach and mentor junior colleagues formally and informally  - Take up firm level responsibilities like training
