- Responsible for end - to - end recruitment of positions at middle & senior level for Fortune 500 Firms & large organisations in India in Banking Financial Services sector & in KPO/Research & Analytics sector

- MANAGE Client interaction & timely/quality service delivery

- Meet recruitment targets

- Individual Contributor role

- 100% COMMISSION based role

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (ONLY WOMEN)

- Minimum 5-10 yrs of relevant recruitment experience in BFSI, KPO & Research & Analytics sector at middle/senior levels for top MNCs

- Managed client communication independently - both verbally & written/mails
