Sr Recruiter - IT (5-7 yrs)
Our client is a US based IT Product MNC
Location: Noida
Designation: Senior Recruiter
Position reports to Head Recruitment and handles end-to-end Recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for couple of Business units
- Handle sourcing, candidate management, vendor management activities
- Interact with various stake holders and involved in planning, executions etc.,
- Responsible for closure of the positions
- Handle a 2-3 member team
Desired Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment from IT organizations
- Should have handled recruiting across various technologies (Java,.Net etc.,)
- Experience in Financial or e-Learning domain a big plus
- Most of the hiring will be developers, senior developers etc. This role will also be responsible for senior tech lead hiring (architect, PM, DGM, GM etc…)
- Good experience in Stakeholder management, Vendor Management and Candidate Management activities
- Good communication skills
