Sr Recruiter - Campus Placement - IT - Contractual

Position: Sr. Recruiter Campus Placements

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Contractual (1 year contract extendable)

- 3-6 year Campus Recruitment & University Relation experience in a largest IT R&D Multinational.

- Handle overall University Recruitment / Relation for the client in India which is 2000 plus work force currently.

- It is an Individual Contributor role reporting to Staffing Manager.

- Role include Campus Activities - 50% recruitment + 50% Research collaborations, signing MOU, including changing / adding curriculum etc.

- Should have strong connections in the Top Technical Schools (IIT/ NIT etc) and should have the ability to influence the curriculum by building strong relationship with the universities.

Year on year campus hires - 200 (it is not a volume hires but high end technical hires)
