Position: Sr Manager/AVP Quality (Master Black Belt Role)

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Responsibilities:

 - Specialist role

 - Roll-Out of Quality Initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Work-Outs & ISO 9001:2008 across Business services

 - Mentor Black Belt /Green Belt continuous improvement projects

 - Train resources on Work-Out, Lean, Six Sigma & ISO 9001 initiatives

 - High end analytical support for the group globally

KRA:

 - Conducting training on Work-Outs

 - Facilitation of Work-Outs

 - Mentor Black Belt / Green Belt projects

 - Training resources on Lean, Six Sigma, Work-Outs & ISO 9001 concepts

 - Identify opportunities for improvement and implementation

 - Providing high-end analytical support for projects like Forecasting at a Global level

 - Conducting ISO 9001:2008 internal audits

Skills:

 - Experience in Quality concepts like Lean, Six Sigma, Work-Out and ISO 9001:2008

 - Experience in Training Green/Black Belts

 - Mentoring Black Belts / Green Belts

 - Expertise in statistical tools, techniques & Minitab software

 - Good experience in Process analysis and improvement

 - Master Black Belt in Lean & Six Sigma

 - ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor

 - 12-15 years of work experience in Quality
