(C) JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible to provide the necessary Technology Support for Business Acquisition and B2B Alliances

- Managing the inhouse team and vendors Project planning assistance.

- Project monitoring and auditing.

- Project tracking and control.

- Tracking resource availability across projects.

- Managing and enforcement of Project Management Process

- Review and improvise the PMO processes from time to time

- Establishing project management guidelines, standards and procedures for the projects.

- Reporting directly to IT Steering Committee and distributing information throughout the organization.

- Conducting training for project managers in using tools and techniques.

- Administrative support, meeting planning.

(D) CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Post Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Working experience in a similar responsibility area under minimum supervision.

- Experience working with multiple projects, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong English speaking/writing skills.

- Experience or skills in MS Project.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills (oral/written/presentation).

- Orientation to details and accuracy.

- Understanding of IT terminologies.

- Ability to quickly learn and understand business environment.
