Job Description:

- Voice of customer

- Need Gap analysis leading to customization or NPD

- Cross functional team effort

- NPD - End to end coordination

- Pricing strategy

- Market Intelligence & Research

- Conduct training/awareness drives for distributors & customers

The Successful Candidate:

- BE Mech + MBA (ideal)

Experience: 10 to 15 years

- Experience in Product Management

- Marketing/Service/Product Support

- Application Engineering/Field Engineering
