Description
Job Profile:
- Understand and analyze customer needs, and conduct research on markets to define product strategies.
- Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies to meet company goals/objectives.
- Build and manage a product roadmap to support the goals and strategies.
- Design and navigate through conflicting priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to track product development and develop product launch plans.
- Own responsibility of implementation , adoption, growth and relevant business metrics.
The criteria for eligibility:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the role of a Product Manager.
- Deep Understanding of consumer internet market or enterprise software development.
- Demonstrated experience of delivering a product from concept to implementation.
- Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences
- BE / BTech in Computer Science or equivalent (an MS or PhD is a plus) from a reputed institute.
- You thrive in a chaotic, fast moving environment and you are a natural a leader who gets stuff done. High personal productivity, you are a doer first!
- Entrepreneurial. Hands on. Passionate. Creative. Easy to deal with.
- Great communication skills–Product managers are the glue that makes Product organisations work - you’ve worked in this role before and relish it. Asking questions, listening, facilitating discussions and arbitrating decisions are all things you are good at.
