Primary Responsibilities:  - Own the vision, market and product requirements for core BI/Analytics Platform  - Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop the product strategy, functional specifications, engineering specifications and marketing plan  - Own the product road map and release cycles for the platform  - Engage closely with the Engineering Team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedule  - Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, track product development and develop product launch plans  - Collaborate closely with peer functions in each BU to qualify their requirements into the platform  - Work with Engineering, Deployment, Sales and Marketing teams to drive the platform’s competitive position, revenue and profitability objectives  - Work with Sales and Marketing for launch planning, positioning, messaging and pricing  - Own training for sales and channel partners  - Serve as the internal and external evangelist of the platform, interface with customers and partners to understand business & technological environments, current and future requirements; participate in customer events and user conferences as a BI/Analytics expert   Required Qualification:  - B.E or B.Tech in Engineering; MBA from a front line business school preferred  - 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years as a Product Manager for a leading technology product company in at least one or more of the following segments - enterprise software, large scale cloud or consumer internet   - Proven ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements  - Proven ability to collaborate strongly with engineering to develop market leading products  - Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically  - High attention to detail   - Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment  - Practical experience with Agile methodologies   - Experience in BI/Analytics products would be a distinct plus  - Experience defining and building platforms would be a plus  Company Profile:  - Is the global market leader in the retail analytics products space.  - Helps customers derive competitive advantage through data-driven decisions and insights with its portfolio of analytics product.   - Rated #1 for technology innovation by numerous agencies over the years  - Offices in Bangalore, US, UK, Singapore and Brazil  - Current customer footprint spans 18 countries
