Sr Product Head - Marketing - Consumer Product (7-10 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Preparing annual budget calender & resource allocation, product-wise / geography-wise
- Lead the process of Media Planning & Buying in line with the
- Reach, Frequency and cost parameters set by the organization.
- Oversee the Planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing and consumer research studies.
- Gather and Develop consumer and market understanding within organizational guidelines and strategy with the objective of accelerating profitable growth for CO.by supporting brands with services and insights required.
- Managing a team
Internal Coordination:
- Head (Sales, Marketing and Innovation)
- Category Heads, Strategic Planning
- Brand teams, Innovation team, Sales team (NSM/RSMs/Central sales), R&D team /Finance / legal / HR
External Coordination :
- Creative/ Media
- Research/PR Agencies
- Packaging / Packaging design
- Event management, Celebrity management agencies
- Media partners.
Candidate Requirement :
- Full time MBA
- Should have a strong Marketing experience of minimum 5+ years
- Willing to relocate, if outstation candidate
