About the Company: A Leading Cosulting firm

Location: Mumbai

Deired Candidate profile:

1. 15 years of post MBA experience

2. Previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be necessary and experience should preferably cover the following :

a) Organization Structure

b) Competency Mapping & Assessment

c) Talent Management

d) Performance Appraisal Management

e) Workforce Optimization

3. Persons from the industry in Generalist HR roles may also apply if they have experience in all or some of the above listed areas and some experience in consulting.

4. Should have managed and led a team of professionals and delivered results

5. Required to work across geographies and hence must be willing to travel.

Job Description

The individual will hold P&L responsibility and be responsible for the profitable growth of the Practice. .

1. Business Development :

a) Setting & achieving business development goals of Practice in line with organizational goals

b) Expansion of Practice across new clients and geographies

c) Building network and relationship with clients

d) Design and introduce new offerings in the area of organization effectiveness & plan business development efforts around them accordingly

2. People Management:

a) Overall people management, motivation & morale in own Practice (FTEs, Advisors, Domain Expert, etc.)

b) Employee alignment to organization goals through regular communication & interaction with Practice members

c) Implementing people, policies and practices - Eg. recruitment, appraisals, etc with people development and retention

3. Project Management:

a) Monitoring and reviewing project planning, execution, resource utilization

b) Ensuring quality and conceptual rigor across the Practice

c) Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction

4. Consulting Process:

a) Contribute significant value as a thought leader, providing strategic perspectives, insights and cutting-edge solutions

b) Strong conceptual knowledge coupled with a good understanding of business realities to recommend/advise implementable strategic and organizational interventions to clients.
