Main Duties :

The role's primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing India Equities IT Workforce Rationalization initiative

- Managing complex financial matrixes

- Executing & tracking global initiatives such as TCO

- Managing the group budget and headcount

- Managing the group project office, including plans, specifications and planning tools

- Managing the group purchasing process

- Interfacing with Equities IT's 'Chief of Staff' in New York and IT COO groups and representing the India Equities IT group to these other groups.

- Managing the group's compliance with corporate and strategic initiatives such as:

- SDLC+ compliance

- Project Web compliance

- Time@CS, LeaveTracker compliance

- Equities IT KPI measurement and compliance

- Management information provision and presentation preparation

The role will involve extensive communication with similar functions in Equities IT groups in other locations , hence good communication skills - verbal and written - are an absolute requirement. The role requires understanding and experience of IT project planning and tracking, as well as experience of budgeting and financial management.

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in IT project management and high level financial management.

- 5+ yrs of IT project management.

- 2+ yrs financial management, budgeting and tracking.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure as part of a team across geographical locations.

- Degree qualification
