We have a position open for with one of Client (Top 5 company into Enterprise Learning Solutions) in Gurgoan for a Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition

Designation: Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 7+ year

Note: Candidate must have experience in recruitments both in IT and Retail domain

Looking for a person who is having experience in

1) Responsible for managing end to end recruitment lifecycle for assigned assignments. Coaching & mentoring the team, in order to ignite their atomic talent and drive them towards the organizations short term and long term goals.

2) Responsible for driving the team on the requirements which are hard to find and help them achieving success on the same.

3) Periodic meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the requirements and understand their expectations on the same.

Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:

1) Create job descriptions

2) Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions

3) Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads

4) Create/place/update job postings

5) Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.

6) Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules

7) Resolve open issues employee referrals

8) Negotiation with both candidates and client service professionals

9) Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

10) Vendor Management
