Position- Supervisor Revenue Accounting (Senior Manager)

Experience: 6+Years-Post Qualification

Qualification: - Chartered accountant

Location: - Manesar (Near Gurgaon)

Shift:-8.00am-4.30 pm

Job Description:

- Leading a Team of 10-15 members

- Supervisor for Deferred Revenue Accounting

- Global Role in Agilent

- Revenue Recognition Lead

- Responsible for recording accounting transactions, reconciliations, month end close, and compliance and reporting for various processes i.e. Revenue Accounting

- Should be able to work under minimal supervision, perform complex finance or accounting assignments, including monitoring processes to ensure business controls are adequate and working and coordinating month end and year end activities etc.

- Recommends action to higher level managers where accounting transactions have material impact on financial results

People Management experience: Minimum 2 years and handling a team size of minimum 5 - 8 direct reports.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

- Able to influence others and to communicate both verbally and in writing to a diverse audience.

- Possesses high level of maturity necessary to interface with internal business partners, as well as functional partners.

- Demonstrates initiative and leadership across teams.

- Able to prioritize and balance competing needs among different parties or organizations.

- Strives to optimize processes, displays multi-cultural sensitivity.
