Sr Mgr - Retail/Consumer Goods Analytics

About our client : Our client is a subsidiary of the country’s third largest IT services company with a revenue of US$ 583 million having presence in 19 centers worldwide serving more than 138 clients. They provide services to industries such as Financial Service and Insurance (FSI), Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics & Life Science, Media and entertainment, Communications, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities.

Position : Senior Retail Manager - Analytics Team (Retail/CPG domain)

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Retail Manager of the Analytics team, you would be responsible but not limited to the following:

- Design and build analytic solutions to address client issues/value add/solutions using statistical techniques and tools like SAS.

- Lead a team of analytical analysts by providing mentorship and future direction for the team in the Analytic space.

- Delivery and maintenance of design specifications and project documentation in the Retail/CPG spectrum.

- Provide general consultancy to support customers.

- Work on a number of different projects simultaneously, of varying complexity and length. Establishing priorities and coordinating work.

- Lead design of analysis and overall quality of project deliverables

- Prepare presentations related to project kick-off for internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on project progress and governance meetings. The presentations are expected to be focused on quantitative metrics, leading indicators.

Who you should be?

- A post graduate by education.

- Possess 5-7 years of Industry experience and relevant experience in Retail / Consumer goods analytics.

- Must have managed / lead teams before.

- Expert is in using analytical tools like SAS.

- Strong Analytical skills

- Be able to work in pressurized situations during high priority incidents

- Should have prior experience in reporting as the opening is a reporting role as well
