JOB TITLE  Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development  TOTAL EXPERIENCE  Minimum 5-8 Years of Business Acquisition experience out of which atleast 2-4 years should be in Solutions Selling in B2B segment from any Service industry.  QUALIFICATION  MBA preferably in Marketing or with additional specialization in Finance or Operations  JOB PROFILE  - Lead Generation and pursuance for business engagement opportunities with Prospective Clients, though his own Contacts / Relationships and/or Contacts provided by the Company.  - Responsible for attainment of assigned Quarterly / Annual fresh business acquisition targets.  - E2E Business Acquisition Management including Proposal Generation, Presentation & Solution Designing, Client Engagement, Pipeline Management, RFP/RFQ/Tender Tracking, Market Intelligence generation, Business Formalization, etc.  - Strategizing & Implementing methods to achieve TopLine and BottomLine goals.  - Transition Management to Business Retention / Service Delivery team post Business Stabilization  LOCATION  Belapur ,Navi Mumbai Or Andheri East , Mumbai  REMUNERATION  CTC of INR 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs p.a. depending upon experience and skillsets of the candidate.
