Sr Mgr - Finance & Accounts - CA - Mfg (6-14 yrs)
The Above role is with one the US Based MNC's that is in the Manufacturing sector
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Responsible for month/quarter closing on time and in compliance with the policies.
- Accounting Review on monthly basis at India level.
- Guiding the accounting team on accurate accounting as per local GAAP and US GAAP
- India GAAP Accounts Finalization
- Incharge Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit & SOX Audit
- Corporate Tax Management including TP
- Credit & Receivables Management
- Treasury Management
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with cross functional team and finance team
- Provide leadership and guidance in accounting, tax , treasury and credit management
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices
- Responsible for Tax returns and compliance with country and local tax rules.
- Responsible for clean and efficient Statutory, Cost and Internal audits.
- Perform analysis on profitability, productivity and working capital options supporting
business objectives.
- Sponsor an ongoing continuous process improvement effort in a focused, measurable manner. Drive the benefits of each improvement into facility.
ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION:
Education
- CA Mandatory + ICWA or CS (Desirable)
Experience,Knowledge & Skill
- 9-10 years or more of financial/accounting management experiences in a multi-plant manufacturing environment
- Sound accounting knowledge both India and US GAAP
- Well versant with SOX Compliance
- Direct tax knowledge is must
- Hands on Knowledge of ERP system ( SAP )
- Advanced Integration ability: Understands the business interaction including manufacturing cost, sales price trending and market promotion activities.
