Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the Human Capital right from sourcing till exit.
- Managing a team of executives with their schedules and responsibilities.
- Responsible for performance appraisals of all direct reports.
- Maintains hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques through the right channel mix.
- Building and maintaining effective strategic and operational partnerships with line management at all levels in the attainment of key business objectives.
- Managing and administering the HRIS application that provides a single source employee-information database used extensively by HR department.
- Responsible for the Background Verification Process and Vendor Management
- Managing clearance, full and final settlement, conducting exit interviews and analysis and suggesting post analysis measures for corrective actions.
Candidate Profile:
- Prefer MBA-HR with 10 + years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Strong working knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures.
- Understands budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
