About Company:   Our client is a well diversified financial services firm, offering a range of financial products and services such as Wealth Management, Broking & Distribution, Commodity Broking, Portfolio Management Services, Institutional Equities, Private Equity, Investment Banking Services and Principal Strategies.   Job Title: Sr. Manager/AVP Business Risk Assessment/ Global Risk   Location: Mumbai   Qualification: CA Or MBA   Experience: 6 - 9 yrs   Job Profile:   Credit risk assessment:   - Setting the credit evaluation process (including rating framework) for LAS, Commodity financing and other forms of lending.   - Product evaluation of new types of lending after considering risk return tradeoff.   - Networking in the market for intelligence and developments in products mentioned above.   - Networking with internal teams (esp Research/IB for getting better sense on stocks).   - Assessment of collateral risk and provide feedback to credit committee on do-ability of deals.   - Periodic reporting to management.   - Ensuring of LAS compliance in respect of the proposals and compliances of the NBFC guidelines in respect of loans.   - Reviewing of LAS policy on a periodic basis and intimating changes in the same.   Risk control framework:   - Create a risk control assessment framework.   - Understand the various business and evaluate business risks under the framework.   - Create a risk score for each of the businesses and report areas of improvement.   Candidate Profile:   - Candidate must be CA Or MBA   Sucheta Bhilare  Vitasta Consulting Pvt.
