Sr Mgmt Role - Comp & Benefits/PMS - FMCG

We are looking for Sr Management role in reward to be based out on Mumbai for a MNC FMCG company

MBA HR with 8 years + exp in Compensation, Benefits Rewards & PMS domain. Full time regular 2 years degree is a must for the applicant

- Engage with Business Heads, excellent communication, strong in number crunching, conceptualization and execution and a team leader.

- Advise upon pay decisions, policy and guidelines

- Develop Compensation tools

- Organize data from market compensation and benefits surveys

- Assess external market with Internal

- Develop Benefit programs
