General Purpose:

- Under the direction of the Training and Development Manager, the Senior Marketing Professional is responsible for designing, proofreading, and revising various business development and other related promotional materials for PPT Consulting.

- The incumbent must ensure that developed materials meet and/or exceed the Firm’s Marketing guidelines and/or compliance requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Incumbent may perform any or all of the following:

- Responsibilities include soliciting content input, writing and editing copy, designing various business development and other promotional materials, and assist with the online publications of these materials.

- Assist with providing multimedia content (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Provide LinkedIn and other social media standards for PPT Consulting associates. Support their activities to develop professional and relevant social media profiles.

- Collaborate with PPT Consulting leaders to develop blog content for review by the Firm’s Marketing Team.

- Participate in strategic writing planning for business development and client education purposes to support the growth goals of PPT Consulting.

- Mentor PPT Consulting staff on writing improvement.

- Provide some limited and basic design/visual support for some marketing content.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Provide as needed support of PPT Consulting’s account management and relationship development programs.

- Provide as needed support for account/sales planning.

- Identify improvement opportunities.

- Prototype related processes or programs as requested.

- Provide feedback and input into overall PPT Consulting operation and administration planning.

- Support the activities of PPT Consulting’s Knowledge Management Coordinator to ensure materials are accessible to PPT Consulting staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Minimum Education Requirement:

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant marketing experience.

Experience:

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills required.

- MBA in marketing, business, or organizational development.

- Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.

Abilities:

- Good communication skills.

- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent time and project management skills.

- Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.

- Excellent copywriting skills - ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.

- Creative and innovative.

- Good attention to detail.

- Flexibility and willingness to handle new and different tasks and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment, critical thinker, and communicative, consultative problem solver.

Technology:

- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and Outlook skills.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop or other similar design program.

Must skills:

- MBA / PG from Premium institutes (Top 25 B-School) only

- Experience: 5 to 7 years

- Salary: Open

- Skills: Strong in Digital Marketing and Content creation

- Prior experience in Software Services / Technology consulting Industry

- Business 2 Business (B2B) marketing experience

- Marketing exposure to regions outside India (North America, Europe etc.)

- Hands-on exp in developing Digital assets

- Location: Bangalore
