If you want operate at start up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service which customers love, our might just be the place for you.  Job Description :  - The Senior Marketing Manager would be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for driving awareness & adoption of various products.  - One of the key target segments for this role would be both online sellers as well as physical retail stores in India where we need to evangelize the .com.   - Other target segments would include communities & individuals that may engage with the .com & actively contribute content like product reviews etc on regular basis.   - The role would involve working and managing external stakeholders like media houses, ad agencies, retailer associations, event management agencies, and local communities, for executing outreach & awareness initiatives.   - It would also involve working closely with multiple internal teams like traffic team, category managers, product managers, site merchandising, and public relations team for ensuring that the marketing strategy is aligned with overall organization goals and in compliance with the law of the land.   - The incumbent would be responsible for defining the goals of various programs and sharing regular updates with the larger team. The role may also include defining and building relevant tools & applications for scaling the programs at a faster pace.   Roles & Responsibilities :  - Define the go-to-market approach by working with the larger team and develop retailer awareness programs and lead generation campaigns, spanning online, PR, events, and in-person events like retailer workshops etc  - Identify and execute innovative marketing activities that reach target audience   - Oversee the digital outreach strategy for sellers  - Build tools and technology that make it easy for scaling the marketing campaigns   - Work with agencies to develop various marketing collaterals (including but not limited to awareness videos, how-to videos, brochures, seller success stories, etc) for use at events, road shows, and in live interaction with the target audience   - Conceptualize, create and execute innovative marketing programs to promote  - Work closely with the product team to achieve business goals in terms of the product awareness & lead generation for various products   Basic Qualifications :  - 5+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing, advertising, brand management or related field   - A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.   - Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content   - Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously   - Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making and has an ability to drive business/operations metrics   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - The ability to create innovative and targeted marketing programs that generate results   - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across regions   - Demonstrate proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment   - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels  Preferred Qualifications :  - Top tier MBA degree preferred  - Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels and multiple functions in an organization.   - Has demonstrated skill at initiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships with third parties, including navigating complex and creative co-marketing arrangements with partners   - Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done   - Product Management experience in building technology based solutions for marketing communications would be an added advantage   If this opportunity excites you, kindly share your updated CV
