Job Description

Purpose of the job:

- To drive implementation of Critical Digital Marketing initiatives for the brand

Role & Responsibilities:

- Understand the broad direction for the brand communication based on brand strategy given by the senior team

- Translate the same into a communication strategy for the brand and execute the same

- Social Media, Handling brand web site

- Loyalty programme

- Creative brief, working with design team to develop catalog and digital campaign

- Support retail marketing team on choice of suitable media channels for promotions / events

Person Profile:

Desired Qualification:

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree

Desired Experience Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in a brand / advertising / marketing role in retail / FMCG / similar industry

Reporting to - Head Marketing

Preferred from B School only.
