Summary Description:  - Plan, develops and enables execution of marketing strategies for 3 business categories- Mother and Childcare, Pain management and Oral healthcare  - Helps develop category vision and strategies from atleast a 3 yrs view  Organizational Context:  - Marketing Manager reports to Marketing Director, New Businesses, India  - Works closely with the Global Business Group on the portfolio roadmap, launches and strategies and with the local sales, trade and shopper marketing team for planning and execution of plans and campaigns.  Key Areas of Responsibility :  - Helps in Development of the long-term vision and 3-year strategy for the category  - Supports the development of comprehensive strategy (covering full portfolio, all 4 Ps) and identifies adjacent white spaces and acquisition/alliance targets  - Understands and leverages Market intelligence function for consumer research, insights generation  - Helps create and deliver the product/proposition roadmap with BG alignment  - Develops and executes marketing strategies  - Enables delivery of sales through strong ATL and BTL marketing plans for the categories  - Per proposition, defines marketing approach and aligns GTM with the sales team  - Works closely with the AMO team to brief,develop marketing campaigns and communication with the agencies  - Works on the pricing strategy with the category controller to deliver IGM  - Outlines menu of communication vehicles; provides integrated communications briefing  - Develops channel guidelines  - New Channels development and marketing strategies to enable kick start of the categories  - Enables new and innovative thinking to reach to the right channels meaningful for the categories  - Tracks, reviews and follows up the progress on the plans and take corrective steps where needed  KPIs  - Integral gross Margin for category  - Revenue per category  - Market share  - Roadmap planning and launches  Desired Candidate Profile:   - A Total of 5-8 years of (inter)national marketing experience  - MBA or equivalent with Business/Strategic Marketing direction from Tier - 1 B-School  - Experience with product market introductions  - Background in fast moving or pharma companies  - Able to design and execute marketing plans  - Understands Consumer Insights and VPH development
