We have an opening with one of the leading retail company for the position of Sr. Marketing Manager.

Position: Sr . Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: up to 20 LPA

The candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the organization by providing strategic inputs with respect to the marketing and promotion of existing brands.

Key responsibilities:

Conceptualize, develop and implement Marketing Strategies, in order to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the brands. This will include, but not be restricted to, the following:

- Customer Acquisition: Drive initiatives related to Customer Acquisition such as advertising, consumer promotions, media management, digital & referral marketing.

- Customer Retention: Drive initiatives related to Customer Retention such as development and efficient execution of new/existing CRM & Loyalty programs, insights, customer-segment-specific programs etc.

- Brand Management: Includes brand communication, media relations, public relations and social media. Ensuring consistent and relevant presence of the brands and their products across key fashion and online press is critical.

- Develop Alternate Channels: Conceptualize and implement plans to generate revenues from alternate channels such as online portals (French Connection’s online website), home shopping, corporate tie-ups etc.

- New Ideas: Actively scout for new ideas and drive inorganic alliances in order to strengthen the bouquet of offerings to the consumer.

- Social Media Management: Understand the various facets of social media platforms and develop programs to facilitate brand objectives.

- Content: Create and share content (promotional communication, press releases, media queries, articles, proposals etc) to communicate the objectives of the brand and the company.

- Team Building: Responsible for the team, she / he is expected to build capability (training, developing and retaining) for the marketing function to ensure it has the requisite “edge” for success.

- Agency Management: Liaise, guide, monitor and consistently evaluate the PR and Social Media agencies in order to ensure they achieve key deliverable.

- Budgeting: Plan and monitor brand wise budgets for every season and ensure that expenses are in accordance to the overall objectives.

- Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen critical relationships with media (fashion + retail beat), external partners, brand principals, franchisees (marketing centric) and consumers

- Functional Expertise: Expertise with demonstrated experience in Marketing and PR - Retail / Service Industry

- Leadership: Nurturing Talent, Collaboration, Sensitivity, Managing Change, Strategic Agility and Building organizational capability
