Technical Skills:   Review and sign simple to complex tax returns with applicable forms and filing requirements such as ESOP, Form 8621, 5471, 8865, etc.   Review and sign US individual tax & business returns (Form 1040, 1040NR, 1065, 1120S, 1120)  Apart from the compliance, provide consulting, planning and advisory services  Prepare and manage IRS Amnesty program paperwork, particularly OVDP/OVDI disclosure programs.  Ensure that no tax notices received for the service we delivered  Assist clients on legal issues, tax amendments and payment plans  Sound technical knowledge & communication skills, analytical thinking ability  Understanding the specific tax situations of the clients and interpreting in the best possible way by optimizing the tax burden.   Management Skills: (If in the TA role, then designation will be - Tax Manager- )   Providing process improvement ideas  Build customer base through referral (by providing exceptional customer service)   Resolves customer complaints, or refers situations to supervisor/counsellor (as appropriate) for resolution.  Maintain compliance with CE hour's requirements.   Manage, develop, and mentor staff/assistant managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback.   Conducting brain storming sessions to the team to come up with process improvements ideas and ensure that these ideas are implemented.   Continuous monitoring the availability and utilization of the team with timely follow up   Understanding the need of training in the technical aspect and conduct training sessions periodically and keep the team members updated on recent tax law changes.   Ensure that team meets the yearly revenue (season & off season) target   Ensure team provides quality service (no rework) within the timeline and zero escalation   Guiding and on the job training to prepare  Act as a Single Point of Contact for the clients and deliver with more accuracy.   Delivering quality and prompt services to US offices.   Providing regular update to internal and external clients on the progress.   Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers, and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter   Ensure that team member is fully utilized and set the expectation for quality of deliverable and timeline.  Assisting the team to identify and recruit right candidates   Qualification:   CPA or Enrolled Agent with 3-4 years of relevant experience   Learnt and worked on at least two services (Individual & Business Tax) throughout the year  Must be flexible to work in the shifts.   Fouzia Faruk Head - Operations & Business Development Contact - (L) 080 25462005 ( M) 91 9986015004
