We have an opening for a Sr Manager for a US based Mortgage services company in Bangalore.

Qualification : CA

Timing : Mid-shift

Job Description for Senior Manager Finance - (US Accounting)

- Monthly accounting and book close / Finalization of financials (USGAAP)

- Oversee AP, AR and Treasury functions by ensuring  timely and accurate accounting of cost and revenue invoices

- Facilitation of statutory and Internal Audits (under multiple GAAPs)

- Consolidation of books - accounting for multiple entities with related party transactions and consolidation of accounts.

- Prepare management reporting and MIS for the group

- Strengthening Internal Controls and processes.

- Work on Cost optimization initiatives.

- Experience, Qualifications & Competencies

- Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with 7-10 years of experience preferably in KPO/BPO/ITES.

- At least 2 years of experience in mid/large team management.

Key competencies will be:

- Strong Leadership Skills.

- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, tax and cost control principles

- Ability to produce meaningful, not just technical, analysis of financial data

- Knowledge of accounting, tax, and corporate regulations in India and the United States. Experience of US accounting preferred

- Articulate, well spoken with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Planning and execution skills.

- Ability to work with and manage multiple senior stakeholders.
