Job Profile:

- Training Need Identification for Soft & Technical skills.

- Identifying External Training partners/Trainers and evaluating them for suitability.

- Specific Content Development & Training delivery.

- Evaluation of Training Effectiveness..

- Preparing & Managing Training Budget for the organization.

- Developing & Implementing Training Calendar.

- Driving New training initiatives organization wide.

- Designing & Conducting Induction programs for new joinees.

- Leading the Competency Mapping initiative.

- Leading Assessment/Development Centers for middle management.

- Implementation of Individual Development Plans.

- Anchor Gallup Employee engagement survey & action plans.

- Supporting employee reward & recognition initiatives.

- Effectively network with people in order to pick up the pulse of the organization.

- Supporting the Performance Management Process in the organization.
