Qualification: CA / ICWA

Location : Gurgaon

- Handing Indirect Taxation VAT, CST, Direct taxation for pan India operations (22 states).

- Invoice checking & Clearance with deciding the VAT credit availability on daily basis.

- VAT payable & receivable reconciliation and related accounting.

- Monthly Payment of VAT, CST, WCT TDS & Entry Tax

- Filling monthly Return & E Return of VAT, WCT TDS & Entry Tax.

- Annual VAT Audit & Annual Return& E Return filling.

- Purchase order checking for VAT & CST part & releasing i.e. control over Input tax from PO level.

- Also looking for VAT & Sales tax related matters for Pan India (22 states).

- Looking for VAT Compliance for PAN India level

- Annual VAT Audit as VAT Act

- Direct Taxation exposure.

- Complete control over issuance and collection of form C, H, I & F.

- Legal compliance related to VAT
