- Must have good experience in handling all tax-related matters including Direct & Indirect taxes

- Good knowledge in tax compliance and FEMA compliance

- Must have strong expertise in comprehensive tax planning for the company, liaising with various regulatory authorities and completing tax assessments

- Overseeing the tax computation, filing etc

- Must have experience in dealing with Double Taxation, Transfer Pricing and MIS reporting

Must have good communication skills
