Senior Manager - Tax Accounting & Reporting

With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned tax professional for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

Reporting to the VP - Tax, you shall be responsible for:

- Transfer Pricing

- Preparation of TP schedules for corporate tax returns

- Calculation and preparation of corporate tax returns for entities as per local tax laws

- Calculation and preparation of tax notes to statutory accounts for entities Tax Accounting

- Identification of items of permanent/timing differences and computation of deferred tax assets/liabilities and posting necessary journals in general ledger Indirect taxes

- Preparation of returns as per local tax laws Tax Reconciliations

- Ensuring timely preparation of tax reconciliations for all entities globally

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience.

- Practical experience gained in the field of transfer pricing and a working knowledge of international tax issues - direct tax, indirect tax & transfer pricing. In addition, experience in Statutory Audits, Direct Stakeholder management is key.

- You should be Open to traveling and working with tax teams in different geographies and across international business units.
