Brief outline of the role:

The Senior Manager – Talent Management Role is a national level role. It has talent management, handling L& D, R & R programs, consultation and thus design and develop innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Core area should be Talent Management

- Should also have exposure to Talent Acquisition, PMS

- Have also initiated Employee Engagement activities

- Conducted attrition analysis, OD Interventions

- Handled R & R and Learning & Development programs

- Should have worked on industry Best Practices like Great Place to Work and Best Employer Survey

- Conceptualizing skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Should be responsible to manage talent management activities in the organization

- Should be able to do large field force engagement interventions. Will be responsible to handle L& D , R & R programs

- Timely updation and preparation of Policies

- Manage ground support and providing HR generalist support for Management Trainees

- Implementation of Promotion Process, Process documentation related to Empanelment of consultants, Training module preparation etc

- Developing, implementing and evaluating leadership programs for company’s executive levels

- Designing and developing innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of global leadership talent

- Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes and so on.
