The role is for Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition with India's largest online B2B marketplace for Small & Medium Size Businesses, connecting global buyers with supplier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment processes in the organization
- Develops the manpower budget in terms of numbers and cost in discussion with senior management and department heads
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source, including campus hiring
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and implements appropriate best practices in the organization to improve recruitment process quality and lead time
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization Conducts job interviews for the senior manager and above job positions
- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
- Prepares and presents the reports related to hiring metrics and effectiveness
- Engages with and establishes Campus relationships and the Campus hiring program.
Essential Attributes:
- 6+ Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred Industry: BFSI, Telecom, eCommerce
Location : Noida
Education Qualification: MBA from a reputed B School
