Location - Delhi NCR

Experience - 3-7 Yrs

CTC Range - 12-20 LPA

Job Description

Talent Acquisitions

- Handling the end-to-end recruitment process starting from getting of the requisition from the business heads till the joining of the candidate.

- Receiving of the details on the requisition & Job description from the concern businesses.

- Responsible for Manpower Budgets, Talent Acquisition, Recruitments.

- Work closely with the Business Unit heads / Internal Hiring Managers and supporting them strongly in closing all levels of Resources with requisite & adequate skills within timeframes.

- Conducting HR interviews / Fixing Compensation Fitments /Salary Negotiations/ offer process/ Joining follow up till the time delivering the candidate Onboard successfully.

- Develop and implement Strategic Recruitment initiatives to meet multi- business manpower needs; including alternate channels of hiring.
