Senior Manager - Sustainability (Resources)

We have an immediate requirement for the positions at Sr. Managerial level - Sustainability for a leading Consulting company at Gurgaon.

Experience: 12-15 yrs

Education: MBA with a good understanding of Energy efficiency – Climate and Energy management; Sustainability Performance Management & Exposure to project management, people management, crisis management

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Developing a sustainability strategy and complying with sustainability regulations.

- Improving cost effectiveness and efficiencies in core operations & reducing energy consumption, waste and emissions

- Achieve the target metrics on productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, head count growth, controlling attrition and high degree of engagement from the team

- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables.

- Handling team and Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process
