Position: Senior HR Manager- Strategic HR			  Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra  Job Purpose: Strong strategic person with knowledge of Growth path defining for senior team members, will be managing 8-0 team members. To develop and deliver people management strategies which support the organization’s overall strategic aims and objectives. He/She will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing an excellent HR service. He/She will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management. Support operating units by implementing human resources programs; solving performance problems.  Job Responsibilities:  - In consultation with the Management & other departments, prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Board.   - Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects, as and when required.   - Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.  - Administer the evaluation of all learning and development activities.   - Make recommendations on a cost-effective management development programmes to support the Board’s people management strategies.   - Provide support to other managers to Implements human resources programmes by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention..  - Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.  - Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.  - Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.  - Complies with Legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.  - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.  - Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  Skills/Qualifications:   Education: MBA in HR  9-12 years in a HR Strategic & Generalist role.   Interested candidates can email resume with complete contact details, current & expected CTC, Notice period
