Job Purpose
- Drive the Smart Card Printer Business in the Organisation.
Principal Accountabilities
- Achieve the Top line and Contribution Plan
- Enable the team (Sales and Support) for the business
- Appointment of partners
- Training and enablement of Partner sales team
- Drive the sales as per the Sales process of the organisation
- Vendor Management
- New Product and Vendor alignment and introduction
- Inventory Management
- Alignment of NSIs and enablement of NSI sale/support teams
- Identification and participation in various Projects
- Empanelment of products with various Govt/Non Govt Agencies.
- Monitoring and evaluation of new market developments and align products/solutions inline with market development.
- Creates reports including management summaries and status reports on various situations at the market place.
- Maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and familiarity with customer’s and organiations internal processes
