Candidate with : 7 years + in Security with atleast 3 years in managing large/multiple sites.   Job Profile:  Understanding threat perceptions   Understanding the working dynamics and layout of each centre   Designing Flow of man and material with Security interjections at crucial points along with architechture of Electronic Security Systems   Defining standard Security Policies and Procedures such that dynamics of all current and future sites are covered seamlessly   Ensure uniformity in Policies and procedures across all sites   AMCs to be in place across all sites for all equipment   Ensure presence and adherence of AMCs SLA   Ensure Best Practice sharing   Conduct Internal Audits   Optimize resource utilization and deployment of Manpower   Timely repair equipment, ensuring standby in place for critical equipment   Ensuring all internal and external audits are cleared and action points are closed by due dates   Ensuring all Security Incidents, defined by the SOP, across all sites are documented, tracked and actioned adequately and on-time   Escalation of serious incidents to Sr. Management   Managing relations with Govt. law enforcement agencies   Managing legal issues / cases arising out of incidences   Identification of vendor for all security services across all sites in line with Vibgyor policy on vendor selection   Rate negotiations   Ensuring proper contracts in place for each vendor / service   SLA definitions and management   Penalties as per penalty clauses of each contract   Vendor compliance
