Job Position :  Team Lead - SFDC Development & Management  Objectives :  To contribute to create a robust sales process automation & management for SME BU  Major Deliverables :  The primary function of SFDC lead will be to conceptualize, develop and implement of SFDC portal & other pre-sales automation & over all process architectures, liaising with IT. Gather inputs for policy formulation, monitoring & governance, overall functioning of SFDC, Empower, PPM its continuous improvement.  Job Dimension :  - Requirement gathering, workflow creation and analysis, and development of SFDC application for Sales team  - Conceptualise, implement & manage all change requirements related to workflow of SFDC portal for company products, extensively involvement in all IT development phase, SIT testing and participating in User Acceptance Testing   - Gathering functional inputs, creation of sales process workflows, submitting BRS and coordinating through IT for timely implementation of all IT related application development & proactively working with all functional teams to facilitate desired results.  - Creating training schedule and related requirements, Communication calendar for internal corporate communication  - Creating master database for role and SFDC ID creation  - Enabling the SFDC & Empower Integration by gathering the functional requirement and implement changes in the existing process flows  - System data analysis & time to time management reporting   - Creating Project Plan and flashing dashboards for the same  Reporting To: Head - Sales Operation SME / BES & SSP function   Place Of Posting: Mumbai  Essential Attributes :  - Smart energetic & go getter with excellent communication skill, over all understanding of IT systems & its application are must, need to have fair knowledge of pre-sales cycle of a telecom product, preferable of enterprise business, also, understanding on Company IT applications in use.   - Computer knowledge is a pre-requisite, should be proficient in MS Office 07, GW-Basic. Advance MS Excel, MS Access, Power point.  Desired Attributes :  Degree/diploma in computer science could be an added advantage.  Qualification: Graduate, MBA  Desired Experience: 8 years+ (at least 2 years in process automation)
