We have been retained by our clients a retail infrastructure solution Company to recruit a Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing for their Hospitality division. The incumbent will be heading the Sales & Marketing function for the company in the Indian Sub-Continent and South East Asia.
Candidate Profile: Graduate with an M.B.A and experience in Room sales, preferably of boutique leisure properties.
Key Performance Areas:
- Setup the strategy and provide direction for the division.
- Formulate and execute a sales and marketing strategy for the company - setting up of back-end infrastructure and team to deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Selling of room nights for hotels in the company portfolio - through various sales and distribution channels including corporate alliances, travel agents/travel companies/ travel portals and charter groups.
- Business Development: sourcing and closing sales and marketing contracts for hotels in India, the Indian sub-continent and South East Asia.
- Sales: Selling of room nights for hotels that come under the JV (more than 65 hotels around the world).
- Marketing: optimize and effective utilization of social media and promotion campaigns.
- Revenue Management: strategies to maximize room revenues.
- Online Sales Channels: Manage and optimize all online sales channels.
- Leverage existing relationships to sell room nights.
- Generate sales and marketing reports. Creating a sales and marketing plan for all hotels in the portfolio.
