Sr Manager - Recruitment - BFSI/ITES (9-13 yrs)
We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager positions in a leading shared services at Delhi/ NCR.
Required experience of 9-13 yrs with full time MBA in recruitments for support & Leadership hiring from BFSI & Financial services vertical.
Role involves:
- Handling recruitments
- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for ITES (Financial services) Vertical.
- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
