Sr Manager - Quality Assurance - BPO

Should be BB Certified and additional certification in Quality Assurance like COPC, PCMM , ISO Lead Auditor etc Preferred.

He/She will be leading the quality assurance for cross locations under complex operations, Will be taking care of the QA Governence, Conducting various trainings on SEI -CMM Orientation, Spear Heading process / organization Improvement areas Etc,

BPO Experience is Mandatory
