Job Profile:

- To lead and co-ordinate the functional activities of Plant Quality Assurance comprising of Process Control, Field Engineering and Process Laboratory.

- Preparation of quality plan for process and product audit in manufacturing.

- Periodical monitoring and review of process and product performance.

- Implementation and maintenance of quality management system throughout the organization.

- Conducting management review meeting and providing recommendations for improvement.

- To provide customer complaint addressal, resolution and application support.

- Implementation of various standards such as QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9000, Kaizen projects, Six sigma projects, TPM etc.

- To act as management representative for the plant / company.

Skill Required:

- Prior experience in automotive industry.

- Knowledge on TS core tools, Problem solving technique etc.

- Six sigma expertise.
