Urgent opportunity for Sr.Manager - Projects (ASM) with IT Company.  Location: Noida and Chennai  - Professional with 8 - 12 years of experience in ASM Delivery (Application Support Maintenance)  - He/she should have an excellent experience in application support maintenance projects/programs.  - He/she should have excellent communication (good customer facing person) and analytical skills.  - He/she should have substantial experience in ASM deals support (RFP/RFI).  - He/she need to work in the ASM CoE for developing strategy for new initiatives, planning, execution and institutionalizing the initiatives.  - Should be certified in ITIL Foundation V3 and should have exposure/experience in implementing ITIL and LEAN practices for ASM projects  - Should work closely with the assigned/identified ASM engagements/Ext CoE team and do an detailed ASM Audit and come up recommendation to improve the Service excellence and operational efficiencies.  - Should have good understanding of ASM delivery processes & metrics, TOM and governance model.  Exp: 8-12 yrs  Charanpreet
