JOB TITLE:Project Manager  DEPARTMENT: Operations & Integration, Delivery   DIRECT REPORTS TO: Operations & Integration, Program Manager  YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 12+ Years of experience, Sr. Manager  OVERVIEW:  The Project Manager, Operations & Integration, will be responsible for managing multiple large initiatives or Projects involving cross-functional teams that include business partners, functional partners and technology partners. The individual will manage initiatives from feasibility and concept development through testing, execution and closure following a formalized initiative management approach. This position requires a deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies and fundamentals and the ability to think strategically as well as drive for results. This will be achieved through the ability to embed best practices into daily operations and drive for results. This position will also have direct supervisory responsibility for the operations and integration staff in the company's office.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Partner with company's executives and leaders in the initiation, planning,monitoring, and management of technology initiatives  - Create and manage all project deliverables through the use of project management tools (i.e. MS Project work plans, deliverables trackers, issues/risk/scope change logs in Clarity)  - Deliver stakeholder level presentations and summaries on Project status to Business Executive teams as well as company's leadership on health, financials, resources, scope, and risk  - Escalate project(s) issues/risks where needed, for example risk or issue mitigation, potential cost over-runs, or scope discrepancies, through leveraging and collaborating with cross-functional partners  - Influences decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives  - Drive execution of all phases of enterprise-wide or high complexity Projects. Project Management considerations include, but are not limited to: scope, risk, quality, change management, resources, financials  - Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations.  - Manage dependencies, resource constraints, and issues across the project(s) including change management or business process challenges that create project risk.  - Perform all aspects of project cost management - estimating, budgeting, and cost control, tracking and reporting.   - Identify cross project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination of these where necessary  - Executes the daily tasks associated with assigned initiatives, conducts follow-up, facilitates meetings, coordinates communication, and maintains documentation  - Will lead and manage cross-functional project teams consisting of associates at all levels of the organization  - Manage Operations & Integration Project Analyst/Technical Coordinator   - Train associates on Project Management best practices   - Collaborate with other Operations & Integration Project Management team members to share best practices and strive for continuous improvement  QUALIFICATIONS:  - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to build strong relationships  - Ability to manage issues and conflicts to resolution with composure  - Ability to leverage diagnostic and problem solving skills to creatively develop solutions to business problems  - Effective communication skills across a broad range of organizational levels and functions including executive level, meeting facilitation skills essential  - Ability to influence without authority  - Mature and open working style that stimulates a sense of cooperation and ownership and produces results  - Ability to apply creativity in solution development  - Ability to effectively frame concepts and develop straw man operational models, even where ambiguity may exist  - Strong financial acumen; including comprehensive knowledge of financial terms and measures   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to identify audience and flex communication style as appropriate  - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously  - Strong decision-making skills, ability to adapt and react properly   - Proven mentoring, coaching, and team development  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic culture
