Job opportunity with leading eCommerce in Bangalore.  Position: Senior Manager - Program Manager-returns  Responsibilities:  - Working with buying team for right TOTs   Working with suppliers/buyer for:  - Supplier returns   - Service center denial   - Tech visits / Service   - Trouble shooting guides / training to CS   - Supplier QC   - Missing parts sourcing/pricing   - Working with CS team for getting actionable reason/sub-reason/data   Acting on feedback loops from return creation, PV and return trends, which may lead to   - blocking High return FSN   - Fixing catalog   - Highlighting error to concerned team, for example packaging for damage%   - Feedback to supplier / OEM   - Recall batch, if faulty batch issue   - Fraud related corrections   - Working with PV team to ensure that right quality data is captured with right rules for disposal segregation   - Working with IP/control tower for returns planning, especially around exclusive   Working on product on-boarding process, taking care of:  - TOT updates for product   - Return Reason/sub-reason   - PV Norms   - Segregation rules   - Troubleshooting guide   - CS Returns DT   - Notifications to teams like CS, IP, Returns, Return Ops, Liquidation, reverse supply chain, etc. . so that they can plan for new vertical/product   - Defining a roadmap for customer experience for the categories and executing the same   - Work with buyers and internal team for getting a buying   - Improvement/changes in processes for the same  Desired Background:  - 3-5 years of relevant experience  - MBA from premier institutes  - Strong Stakeholder Management, Good understanding of operations, Business Understanding  - Excellent Communication Skills
